Personally, I am very pleased that I have managed to earn my ALS colleagues’ trust in creation and elaboration of this project that aims to set up educational programmes for trainers as well as final education participants, employees of the two industry sectors, namely automotive industry and tourism development, and to make a carrier development path for foreign language trainers (PROLANT-CAP).

In September 2014 I made a decision important to Harmony and the Association of Language Schools as well as to me. I have decided to encourage the cooperation within the professional community to achieve our common goal – to improve the quality of language education and to create a system of long-term and sustainable progress and development of language schools. I have presented the idea of elaborating the project of further education of trainers and other participants of language education to the Association of Language Schools with the aim of establishing functional, sustainable and effective system of further education of foreign language lecturers  in order to enhance their competitiveness and the quality of language education in Slovakia, following my own personal experience, skills acquired and knowledge gained through my education and especially “lessons learnt” in my personal and professional life.
