The Learn&Lead Program

This program is an inevitable part of a successful implementation of the Learn&Lead Functional Management Model that transforms traditional language schools into economically self-reliant, growing and lively business bodies. This program is based on the Learn&Lead Management Course Structure that is fully interconnected with the Learn&Lead Career Path of a Trainer. This gives trainers a clear guidance in their professional development and allows them to become part of the Management (Trainers – Trainers – Leaders and Trainers – Developers) of a language school.

Structure of the Program

The Learn&Lead Program consists of three fundamental training courses which form the foundation of professional trainers’ development operating in language schools within the Learn&Lead Model. Trainers can follow two pathways: one for trainers and one for trainers-managers. Both the pathways consists of the following courses:

• The Learner-Centred Approach (30 lessons)
  • Trainer – Leader: Gabriela Lojová
• The Essentials of Communication (24 lessons)
  • Trainer – Leader: Klaudia Bednárová
• The Essentials of Leadership (24 lessons)
  • Trainer – Leader: Jana Chynoradská

Once trainers have taken all the three courses and successfully have completed them they will be awareded with “The Learn&Lead Certificate” that will distinguish them from the other trainers. These certificates will make them functionally accredited for operating within the Leaer&Lead School Management Model.
